Omigosh this has been the BEST Spring Break ever. My BFF shannon in NC came here and we went to a lot of places. She came in on April 7th 2007 at around 12 or 1 pm. We had planned this trip for OVER 3 months. UBER excitement after her flight had arrived lol! So she gets in to her hotel and is like "I'm here, do you want to come now?". Immediately I screamed "YEAHH!! I'll be there ASAP GIRLIE!". So we get on the highway which was packed of cars and people who have no dea what they're doing. Someone cuts us off as we're trying to GET OFF THE HIGHWAY. So i look into the car, and what do i see? A FREAKING BLONDE. Wow that was fun driving. Then i Get to the hotel and as soon as i get there i knock the door so many times. and she knocks back sending us into a role of laughter. She opens the door and the first thing I do is burst out into tears of joy. MY SISTER FROM A NOTHA MOTHA was right there. We both had red faces and tears going down our faces. I felt like i was having a mental breakdown when i saw her i was so happy.
Time to get to the fun and what we did. Monday night we preety much hung out. Tuesday is when all the fun starts. We went into Hollywood and we went on the "Walk of Fame", Rodeo Drive, and we saw peoples prints in the sidewalk such as Shirley Temple's from 1932 and John Travolta, and Meryl Streep, and so many other stars. The walk of fame was bursting with people i swear i could have mistaken it for chinatown haha. Then we ended up taking a tour and you would never guess what we had seen. Going on the tour in the 'Hollywood Hills' where stars live we saw more than most people would in their entire lifetime. Paris Hilton's house is not as big as I thought. It's not even a mansion like you would think. It looked like an ordinary house to me. The backyard was huge though. She had people there helping her clean up from the party she had the night before. I saw her! She had on a purple top and her hair looked like it was up. When she us though she went inside lol. Here are some more people's houses we saw on the tour.
-Paris Hilton
-Snoop Dog
-The Osbournes
-Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes'
-The Owner of Guess has a huge house with 10 Ferraris in the front
-Dr. Phil's house is really preety
-Will Ferrell(I saw him with his wife and kid crossing the street)
There were so many people i saw.
We also went to Universal Studios: Hollywood. NOW THAT WAS FUN!! The first thing we went into was the Haunted House of Horrors. We were going through and i was terrified i was going to die or osmething lol. okay so your going through all these tunnels right, and things turn out to be going a lot bettter than planned. so we get there and im getting all bored hearing people scream at nothing. well i was wrong because there WAS a reason to scream. There was someone who popped out from behind bars and scared the living crap out of me! Then as I thought it was all over you should have been there. There was this thing standing in the corner which I thought was not real, so as im walking past it it moves and sends me screaming behind my friend, my mom, my brother, and her mom. Then i was like "ahhhhhh omg omg omg! NOT COOL!". lol so we were walking closer to it as i saw it and just as soon i was right freaking next to it it jumps again sending my heart going through shock(not literally people). So as we ealk away now im begging to get the heck out of there. It jumps at me again and i go screaming and the thing is laughing at me! Im so freaked out that my friend who was holding on to me from the back, as soon as i ran for the exit of fright, she ran too. it was funny
the other 2 things we did(because it was so crowded) were:
-BackDraft((awesome fire room with thrills and chills haha)
-The Mummy ride((coolest ride ever lol)
-The tour. They were filming one fo the CSI shows while we passed.
